Orders are typically shipped within 15-20 business days, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If you do not receive a tracking number within 10 days after placing your order, please send an email to info@ddesirable.com (Tracking usually becomes available within 7-10 days)

If the address provided at checkout matches the shipped address, and the tracking number confirms successful delivery, we are not responsible for any misplaced packages.
